In the heart of the bustling spaceport, amidst the labyrinthine corridors and the whispers of secrets carried by the wind, is Pasha's Restaurant, a sanctum of culinary wonder.

Spice beckoned like a siren's call to those who craved the exquisite and the extraordinary. Within the venue’s venerable walls, the set menu is not merely a meal but an odyssey - a journey through flavours that echoed the rich, history of Sydney and the ancient lands of Türkiye. Each dish, a meticulously crafted symphony, conjured memories of sunlit bazaars, the scent of exotic spices lingering in the air, and the rhythmic cadence of belly dancing. Here, amidst the convergence of past and present, the essence of Istanbul was distilled into a singular, unforgettable experience, much like the elusive spice melange of Arrakis, promising both enlightenment and ecstasy to those who dared partake.

The set menu:

• Selection of assorted traditional mezes served with Turkish bread,
• Fried baby eggplant enhanced with garlic tomato and baby basil,
• Wild vine leaves enhanced with olive oil,
• Pacagna Borek - a delicate Turkish pastry with traditional goats' feta and air-dried Turkish pastrami, shallow fried,
• Traditional shepherd’s salad with Turkish feta, radish and olives,
• Thick carved lamb-back strap and chicken thigh pieces, and delicate meatballs served with almond rice and char-grilled vegetables enhanced with fresh mint leaves and side garlic yoghurt,
• Tulumba topped with Turkish coffee and crushed pistachio, served with Turkish delights & pismaniye.
